BOOMRANNG is an up-and-coming artist duo based in Mumbai, India, who have collaborated with global brands such as Nike, Apple, Google, and Coca-Cola to produce a number of works.

 This booklet was edited and produced in India to explain the story of "COSMICPUNK" in the run up to their first solo exhibition in Japan, "COSMICPUNK Exhibition."

BOOMRANNG Studio is a design studio founded in 2020 by Indian designers Sonal Vasave and Makarand Narkar. Known as a "cosmic punk design studio," they create artworks filled with a passion for the future and hope. They have collaborated with global companies such as Google, Apple, YouTube, and Nike, and have become an icon of Indian pop culture. Their design philosophy is "retrofuturism," which depicts the future imagined in the past in the present, expressing a sense of celebration and happiness for society. Through art, they aim to rekindle hope and positive emotions for a better future.
